This research will analyse the current IT market of China, the current customers and potential customers needs of DIFI Technology Development Limited to determine the future development.
2-Overview of DIFI Technology Development Limited
DIFI Technology Development Limited is Beijing Based, we are a part of Beijing Source Technology Development Co. Ltd. Which has more than 10 years experence in the construction of Digital Campus. DIFI is a software http://www.ukassignment.org/ company committed to develop Human Resource Management(HRM) system for Chinese universities. It is China's first software invented for university's HRM which is specifically about to deal with the domestic political changes with its most 新西兰作业advanced functional technology. The HRMS runs through the digital campus condition, build up by management science, computer network technology and computer database technology. Our technical group using seven years for design ,development, upgrading and innovation, and our product have got the software copyright at Chinese Copyright Office. Other main business in DIFI are provide software service, undertake various software development projects and provide professional training course.
We have two main department which are software development department and marketing deparment, one is located in Chinese Universities Science Park at Beijing city and other one located in Beijing ZHONG GUAN CUN Science Technology Market. The two locations both are The Chinese government strongly supported research base and innovation centre, it provide good base for DIFI future development.
3-Research Question
The aim of the research is to determine the future development of DIFI, better understand customers needs and open up the market more efficient.

The main research topic is about future development of DIFI technology development Ltd. in Chinese information technology industry.
4.1Background
Over the past 10 5-year plan, China's information technology industry has achieved spectacular results, more than 3 trillion of the industry shows that China's IT industry position as a major power in the world (China Information Industry Trade Association, 2001). Independent innovation and enhance the core competitiveness played theme of future development in China's IT industry. From the chain of industrial extension to enhance the value chain; from the industrial followers to leaders; from localization to globalization, the Chinese companies have begun to show the leader style. Under this background, DIFI company will have a good development prospects.
According to estimates provided by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic China(IITCN), China's software and information services industry from 2006 to 2008 keep more than 20% rapid growth. Of economic(IITCN, 2008). Continually optimize the structure of the IT market in China to improve information technology in investment returns.
According to estimates provided by the National Bureau of Statistics of China(NBSCN), Information Technology industry is a new growth point of national economy，the growth speed of IT indusry is 3times than national economy. From 2005, the added value of IT industry in China's economy is 8% at Gross Domestic Product(NBSCN, 2009)
Information technology developed since 50 years ago, can be said that information technology is still in its infancy. "At present, we have done everything for the whole company to live in an atmosphere of information." (Mike Wang, Speak in annual meeting of CIITA, 2005). It shows IT brings the changes to culture. In the modern world, IT already fill into whole society, it has been seldom used paper to communication. IT has changed the inclination of culture,thereby promoting social progress. Be to the China's first software invented for university's human resource management provider, DIFI help the customers save a lot of time and money on human resource management, take them from paper recording times get into high-tech era. Specially, the target market of DIFI are China universities, everyone knows there are 1.3 billion people in China and the number of students and teachers of colleges and universities in China also in the first of the world. All of the management and operation are complex and cumbersome in Chinese universities, but on a large extent, DIFI solve these problems. It is a part of Beijing Source technology Development Co. Ltd. which has more than 10 years experience in the construction of Digital Campus. The HRMS runs through the digital campus condition, buildup by management science, computer network technology and computer database technology. It is China’s first software invented for university’s human resource management which is specifically able to deal with the domestic political changes with its most advanced functional technology. Analysis of the software industry people will found there are more than 100 large software companies and 800 small to medium sized software companies in Z-Park, but most of them pursue quick benefits returns and the technical personnel changing job continually. Compare others, these three companies know well about HRM operation and data structure of Chinese universities, the companies have huge amounts of money and high-level technical personnel.
Z-Park is the best place for DIFI because most new technology invented from here, therefore, Z-Park will be a very important bridge to help DIFI to get good business partners and new industry trends. 4.2Trends:
The electronics and information manufacturing industry has become one of the pillar industries in China. (IITCN, 2008).
Become international industry. The information industry with the most extensive international character, industry trend of development echelon is very prominent. The main international software companies speed up the process of development, the gap has been gradually expanded.(China Software Industry Association, 2008). Developed countries use their advantages of capital, technology and brand to do system integration and high-tech product development with sales, but they transfer the low-tech product's manufacture to developing countries and regions, developed countries in the industry take a prominent position. Therefor, the benefits and risks are co-exist, http://www.ukassignment.org/ economic growth and negative growth will have an enormous impact in the entire software industry. For example, the financial turmoil in 2008 has brought enormous blow to the IT industry in Europe and the United States, many IT companies have layoffs and pay cuts, according to the survey report shows, Intel, AMD, IBM, Micro-Soft, Google and other giant companies have taken steps. Data show that date in January this year, IT industry has laid off 80,000 people. Since August last year, the total number of layoffs has exceeded 19 million. Although DIFI company has a number of technical talent, but compared to the software talents from Europe and the United States, DIFI's technical personnel lack of experience. Therefore, the introduction of new talent will be better to promote the development of DIFI, in order to inject new vitality and culture into the company.
4.3Competitors
Direct competitors and defined as all IT enterprises develop software and provide professional services which are "...technically similar products[services]..."(Walters & Dana, 2004, p.39)as DIFI. This includes:

4.4Government Fund
Government Fund support and Z-Park innovation Fund support
China government set up venture capital fund to small and medium-sized company. Using the method of matching funds of funds, equity investment etc. to support small and medium-sized entrepreneurs to engage in technological innovation activities. (IITCN, 2002)
People's Government of Beijing set up Z-Park funds for development of high-tech industries. Through the method of state-owned asset management companies or using the way of loan discount to support high-tech development projects in Z-Park.(Zhongguancun Science Park Development Policy, 2008)
Z-Park had set up innovation fund for the students come back from overseas who have good projects or chance build up their own companies. DIFI have been offering this fund in the beginning of 2009.(Zhongguancun Science Park Development Policy, 2004)
China government has build up Credit guarantee agencies to 新西兰作业financing security-oriented credit guarantee for small and medium-sized IT businesses, Z-Park establish the risk reserve fund system of credit guarantee agency and create system of limited compensation for financial loss compensation. 5-Methodology
The methodology outlined combines a mix of primary and secondary data. In respect of primary data, one on one semi-structured interviews have been chosen. According to Judith Bell, this enables the interview more control over the process and to explore in depth responses to gain an insight into motives and feelings whilst combining sufficient structure so as to achieve consistency and quantifiable results. (Bell, 1999)
(a)-Secondary Data
Secondary data is defined as "Data the already exists such as books, documents and films" (Collis & Hussey, 2003, p. 355). Secondary data of this research are collected in the libary. Besides a most common source of the internet access, the libary holds a huge numbers of publication on this area. Also, many useful e-databases will be used. Data will be collected relating to clients, industry trends, potential competitors analysis, new technology of IT area.
The customers analysis :
DIFI will overview the current system which the universities used to manage their human resource, the method used by digital campus system, databases, education magazines and website.
Analysis of potential competitors :
To be the China's first software invented for university's human resource management provider, DIFI have not have current competitors, but there still some potential competitors needed to put attention on. Primary data refer to "Original data which is collected at source, such as survey data or experimental data" (Collis & Hussey, 2003, p. 355). DIFI will collect survey utillising the research methods detailed below.
Interviews completed by the principal of DIFI may provide both quantitative data and qualitative research.
The primary data relateing to customers needs, software service, training course.
Most of these information collected from DIFI's internal work process. It will need the two departments research and statistics.
The customers needs:
DIFI will research and analyse all the technical department record, pack up all the current customers needs and current development progress. Also, the survey will completed by the clients.
Software service:
DIFI will analyse the work log and DIFI's current software service system, the main data collected by technical group which include currently most popular service, service's gaps/lack, service time etc.
Training course:
All of the information and data of the training course collected from DIFI's course tutors. The tutors will provide professional advice and ask the learners to fill questionnaire.

As a minimum requirement the proposed research will comply with the Southern Institute of Technology(S.I.T) Guidelines and Rules for Ethical Practice in Research.
