The overall aim is:
To provide a critical framework of New Media application on Business Public Relations issue.
Hence, the research questions that the researcher wants to analyze during this thesis are:
• What are key advantage of new media compared with traditional media?
• What are business requirements about public relations on new age?
• Which kinds of market tools are efficient from new media on business public relations issue ?

Chapter 4. Research Methodology
To answer the research questions mentioned above, the researcher decide to use the research methodology following:
4.1. Research Philosophy
Three views about the research process dominate the literature: positivism, interpretivism and realism.
After analyzing, the researcher believes that the interpretivism is the best way to do this research. It tends to discover the details of the situation to understand the reality or perhaps a reality working behind them. In order to answer the research topic question. Assumptions are absolutely forbidden to answer this research question.
4.2 Data collection method
To collect the necessary information for this dissertation the following approach will be taken:
Library & Internet research
It is fairly easy to locate some books dealing with the topic of new media. By using web sites like the Google book search engine the books dealing with new media can be found.
All the material found has to be grouped in to topic clusters. Then it will be examined if it can be used for this dissertation.
The researcher collects primary data using interview and questionnaire.
Interview
The researcher will find some chances to meet person who in charge of business public relations, for example the general manager of Tourist office for Flanders(Belgium) Beijing office, Mr. Nico Peeters. The result of these interviews will be discussed in the dissertation.
Questionnaire
The researcher designed a questionnaire named' the impact of new media', In the dissertation the researcher will analyze the response of questionnaire.
