1. Purpose of Study(지원동기)
Through studying the course,I hope that I can understand the overall development of e-commerce, grasp the direction of e-government construction, master the relevant knowledge and skills of information technology and e-commerce and information . Yet ,though studying, I can be familiar with information the content of technology and e-government, as well as knowing how to use e-government. So that I can have a more complete understanding on how to carry out the e-government and dealing with the related issues that may be involved in the process. Another reason is that there is no this major in China presently, and it’s more cutting-edge, so after completed my studies in the school , I would have a better development in the future .
1。研究的目的（支持同步）
通过学习的过程，我希望我能理解电子商务的整体发展，把握电子政务建设的方向，掌握相关知识和技能的信息技术和电子商务和信息。然而，尽管研究，我可以熟悉信息技术和电子政务的内容，以及知道如何使用电子政务。所以，我可以有一个更完整的认识，对如何开展电子政务和处理过程中所涉及的相关问题，可能会。另一个原因是，有没有这个主要在中国，它是目前比较前沿的，所以在学校完成我的学业，我会在未来有更好的发展。
2. Specific field of interest(주요 관심 분야)
When I was a child, I was very reverence to the career of the teachers ,I hoped that I would also be a teacher in the future . I think that I own the potential of this regard. Because when I do something, I am often very patient, and I also very tolerant to other people. I think as a good teacher,these quality must be be in possession of by them.
So that no matter what happened, teachers must smiling to face their students, always keep high enthusiasm and patience to students. I feel these problems need to be improved through learning. However, expertise is also a very important hand. In China's development process, the e-government course must be opened in the future .I think it’s a great honor for me to develop such talent person or our country , so I am willing to learn the course and continue to develop and nurture talent.
3. The subject of study and the research plan (연구주제 및 연구계획)
My learning programs will proceed from the following three aspects: the first thing is to study the Introduction to e-government, understanding what is e-government; The second step is to understand how to design an e-government system, including the basic nature and structure of the system of e-government,the characteristics and requirements of the e-government system planning, the basic requirements of the e-government system design, the details of designing and implementation of e-government system. The final step is to consider how to build a safety management system according to the security needs and safety objectives of the e-government, and study how to implement the safety management of e-government.
4. Academic achievements including research and dissertation
and records of winning a prize (연구실적 및 수상경력)
In the learning process, I will focus on how to design an e-government system. The use of virtual office, e-mail exchanges and remote connection conferences, will simplify the process of implementing the decrees and save a lot of human and financial resources. Through the research, I will write a paper on the design features of the e-government management system, published in core journals and develop a system for practical application, If I can, I will struggle to win a prize.
나는, 상기 학업계획서에 따라 학업에 전념할 것이며, 그렇지 않다고 지도위원회가 판단할 경우, (1) 지도교수는 ‘주임교수, 지도교수 및 지도위원에 관한 규정’ 제8조에 따라 지도교수의 직무를 중단할 수 있으며, (2) 대학원은 지도교수의 요청에 의해 장학금 지급을 중단 할 수 있음을 인지하고 이를 확인 합니다.
According to the study plan above, I will concentrate on my academic study and in case the guidance committee decides I am not doing so, (1) Adviser professor may discontinue guiding in accordance with the ‘Rule governing head professor, adviser professor and guidance committee’, (2) the graduate school may cease to provide scholarship in compliance with the request of the adviser professor.
I am aware of above fact and I confirm it.
