You are to produce an individual report of between 2750 and 3000 words on ‘The impact that the 2012 Olympic Games could have on an organisation in Bedfordshire and what the organisation will need to do in preparation for the Games’.
The report is to focus on three particular business elements of your choice, for example:

Human Resources
Operations
Finance
It should be based on documentary evidence/research generated for the presentations as well as other material you feel is relevant.
The report must have stated objectives and be presented in report format.

How will the Olympics affect these?
Will investment be required? Will this pay for itself?
What are the main risks?
How would the company also perform under a pessimistic scenario and an optimistic scenario?
Marketing
Will the company need to market itself?
Will it need to do any research?
What is its target market?
What types of marketing communication methods are available and which ones may most effectively reach its target market?
