在我的作业中，我将阐述一位优秀领导者所具有的特征。我做了一些研究来识别成为一位优秀领导者的关键和特征。随之我明白了成为一位领导者不是件容易的事，他肩负着很多的责任和义务。领导者也明白其不易，因此他努力使自己成为一位优秀的领导者，这样他就可以在正确的方向上，带领他的追随者。信守承诺也是优秀领导者的重要品质，100%的实现承诺对实现目标是很重要的，同时也避免了工作的延迟。
在第二个议题中，我被要求写关于成功人士的品质与成就。在我多次的在网站与书籍中的研究，我得知要成功的人，你需要先了解你自己。此外，还要对工作负责。能自律，有上进心也是成为成功人士的秘密因素。
领导者是指在生活中有目标的人，往往成为他人的好榜样。领导者可以说是别人的一个榜样，也可以说是专注于自己的梦想的一个人。领导者是一个积极性很强的人。常言道“领导者不是那种与生俱来的意志力和能力的人，其实每个人的内心都住着一位领导者。”领导者应该具有不轻言放弃，努力实现自己目标的能力。
In my assignment I will explain about the characteristics of a good leader. I have done several researches to identify the important and the qualities to be a good leader. I have understood that to be leader is not a small thing. It has a lot of responsible and duty to handle. A leader has to have a very strong personality. A leader should also understand and be a good leader so he can lead his followers well and in the right direction. Committed is also an important element, giving 100% of committed is important to achieve all the goals and to avoid any delay of jobs.
In my second question I have been ask to write about the qualities or achievements of an successful person. After several research I got from the website and books. To be successful person you need to understand yourself first. Besides this, being a successful person and responsibility towards the job, will be a successful person. Having self-disciplined and always having self-motivated is a secret way to be successful person.
Leader refers to person who has a goal in life. And always being a good example to others. A leader also can be said as a role model to others, an individual who are always focused towards his dreams. Leader is an strongly motivated individual. As the say goes a leader is not born with the willpower and full strength there is a leader inside everyone. A leader should abilities not to give up easily and also hardworking to achieve his target.
The characterizes of a good leader, firstly the character of the leader is important. The character refers to being a person with strong confident and having a strong character. For example by strong character the leader will not go down went he face a failure but he will take the failure as a stepping stone and get up quickly to move on to the next step in life.
Communication skills, is an important element. Communication will help the leader to easily interact with people and his followers. By having good communication skills with others, the leader can give and get opinion, shares ideas and so on. Communication is important to avoid miscommunication in an organization. A leader should have this skill to interact with his client from different language and background as well. Listening skills also important, a leader should listen to his followers, and get feedback from them. Feedback from the followers is important by this way the leader gets to know about the followers better. This help to improve the job too.
Besides this, a leader should have a clear vision on what he is doing. Vision will gives the leader a clear mindset on what he is doing. Important to have a vision and working towards achieving it. For example in an organization without a clear mindset a leader will not have a proper and clear mindset to get things done. Passion or desires. It important to have passion towards the job we are doing .Without passion or desires we will not fell satify with the job we are doing. Passion is the door of achievement.
Positive attitude. A good leader should have a positive attitude and positive thinking. By being a positive person it gives a lot of inner strenght and bulid confident in a person life. Positive mindset and attitude always help to understand and gives a good solution to the problem. A leader has to be a good problem solver as well. To solve the problem the leader has to be calm and does not blame others for his mistake. A leader should find the solution to every problem he come across in life.A leader should not run away from the problem but stand and face it will full confident.
Furthermore, a leader should always be focused on what he is doing to achieve his goals. Focused and always work closely to achieve his mission and vision in life. By being focused in life it will be easy to achieve their dreams. A leader should be a good example to others. In other words be a set of example to others by having a strong character and also able to lead his followers. Be an example by having a good and pleasant personality, be a confident and etc.
A leader should be a risk taker. Risk taker in what he is doing. For example bring in new product or giving a solution to the problems. By being a risk taker it will motivate to be a good leader in future. A leader should not be scared to try something new but a leader should accept to the changes in the organization. A leader should also be tolerant and always remain calm. A leader should be patience and calm at all the time, especially went making a decision. A leader has to have a control of emotions too. A leader cannot bring his family problem to the office. A leader should always show a professional attitude.
Furthermore, a leader should always have am important element which is honest and integrity. For example a leader should be an honest person. In and company; a leader should be a good example and must be honest to take over responabitily. Honest by being trust by others is important to create the trust. Dedication towards work is a must.The leader should havr the feel of dedication to wards his job.By having the feel of dedication the leader will feel tha he has the full responibolity towards his job.
A leader should be an ambitions person. A leader also must like new challenges in life and always wants to learn something new in life. A leader should be a disciplined person. Disciplined refers to have control in what he is doing, A leader should be diciplined by being disciplined and following the rules and regulations of the company or the organization. A leader must show a very good example to others.A good personalities is important in being a leader. A leader should know how to be persentinfront of others. Foe examlpe the leader should know how tgive a good persentationinfrornt of others as well.
Be a leader has to be courage and brave to face any kind of situation in life.A leader should also protect his followers as well. Not only protect them but giving them strenght and courage in what ever they are doing. A leader should also be a good teacher ti his followers and guide them went they fece difficult in solve any task.
Leader havetoshould give 100% of committed to his job. It is important to give 100% of committed in what he is doing.A leader should also be a good role model to others. Leader has to be an example by having all the good characteristics in himself.Being leader is not a simple thing. A leader has to overcome all the opticsal. A leader should remain calm in what ever problem comes to him. Example of a leader our DR.Seri Mahathir, had been a good leader to our country Malaysia. He had ruled the country for several years.He also had work hard to bring success to our country. A leader shoud have the charchater of care for the team. Care to the team refers to understand the followers have a close ralationship with each of them. Listen to them gaving them space and freedom to think and give opinion too. Besides this having a often meeting with them to know their process by weekly meething and can give them enough of traning to each task or projects thea the followers are doing.
Praise the followers after each task or projects that they are doing. By just appreciate them for a good job. Foe example just saying them well done or thanking them will make a different to them and this will encourage them to do better job in the future.
A leader should also accept critism from others. A leadr should accpet critism as a feedback and work to be a better person in life. A laeder should not be arrogant to his followers to have a good working enivorment. Puncity is also an importantto be leader. By being on time for meeting or wokt it will set a good example to his followers to follow it.
Sucessful refers to how succesful person you are in life.What you have achieved in life. What you feel as achieve in life. What you feel as success. For example a child wil feel as sucessn went the child pass the exam with flying colours. Success depends on the individual himself. Be sucessful can be divided to many fields. For example family job, business and also relationship. Success can be say as achievement in life.
Sucessfulindivual has to have a good understanding and the ability to explain. Good understand helps the indivual to bulid a good relationship. Good understanding helps sucessful people to understand themselves and others as well. By understanding thenselvessucessful person will know what they are really looking for in life.
Besides this, sucessful person have to have a good disciplined. Sucessful person should have been disciplined in what ever they are doing in life. Sucessful person must not be influenced easily by others amd thing around them.They should know the limited of themselves. Disciplined in the way the talk, walk and behave is important.Dedicate towards their job. They should have the passion in doing thing as the result it will turn out to be success.
Sucessful person also has to have good skills of commuincation. Communication is important cause as we meet people and interact with them. To avoid miscommunication the individual has to have good commuincation skills. For example went meeting someone from other background or language.
Sucessful person also has to understand their dreams and aim in life. Going after their dreams and following their hearts.They should also take 100% responsibility of their life to know what to and not to do in life. They should not run away from their responslbilty at any time in life.
Having a target in life is also important to achieve in life. After knowing the target in life it will be much easier to more on towards it in life.Having a target refers to a target in what to achieve in the 5 years. After knowing the target follow it andb stay close to achieve it.
Furthermore being focused in life. No matter what happen always stay calm and focused in what you are doing in life. Should be focused in what ever you are doing it does not matter whatever big or small.Always remain calm and have a control of yourselves in life.By being calm it will be very easy to be focused in what you are doing.
Self-confident is an important element in life.By being confident it will help to feel great about yourselves.And by being confident a person feels that they are right and will not step back. Confident gives a personstrength to go ahead with their plans. A successful person has to be a creative person in what they are doing. Creative in finding solution to the problem when others give up. Not only finding solution but they will come up with good and totally different ideas which others cannot even imagine about it at all.Sucessful person also have to have the ability to think in a creative way to aachieve thing in totally different way to get things done easily and fast way. A successful person has the habits of grab the opportunities. They are fast in identifying the opportunities in life and never think twice in making the first step in life. Besides this, humble is an important element to be sucessful in life. It is important to ba humble and not arrogant at all to each other in life. Being humble with the people around you.Giving everyone equal respect and rights.It is important to be humble and not hurt anyone with words or action as well.
The habits of succesful person are to plan out things before they do. By planning things out it will get to save time and energy in doing things fast and more prodactive way. For example a sucessful person in a business filed. No matter wherther you lost or profit as a bussiness man you cannot blame anyone foe that in life as well. A sucessful person should be a good example to others as well by taking the blame and not pionting finger at others. Wisdom is also important in being suceessful person in life. The wisdom should be inside youselves. Trust yourselves and belive that you can do it. Understand your inner qualities and ablitiy about yourselves. And never act to be like ohers. Be yourselves and do the things that you feel right and never turn back from it. A sucessful person should understand them and belive their inner qualities to overcome the entire problem they face in their daily life. Sucessful person should be strong to face it will ful of confident and never give up in life.
Sincerity is also important to achive in life. First has to be sincere to yourselves before being sincere to others. Do things you feel right about. The main thing is don’t follow others be yourselves. Builing strong relationship with our clients and your business people is important too. By builing strong relationship is important and always try to maintain to keep it in a safe place.By builing good relationship it help to maintain a good working enivorment and a happy enivorment to working easily and peaceful. Scucessful preson also has the habits to think a lot on what to do and not to do in life.
Sucessful person also give encouragement to others too. Being a sucessful person does not mean that they ever fail. It is not true at all. The true is sucessful person also had fail on life but they realise they mistake and wake uo quickly and never repect it again. As the say goes learn from your mistake in life to be a better person in future. A sucessful also put the effort to learn everything in life and never stop to learn in life. As you learn it will never stop from it and always want to learn more in life.
A suceesful person also has the alility to lead others. They have the charisma in them to be a good leader or example in life. By having this charisma it will be easer to work with others. For example in an office by having the charisma and passion towards their jobs others will see them as a example and follow their footsteps in life too. Positive mentality is important to become a succesful individual. By being positive person it will be easy to understand and take things easily. By being positive you will not blame others for your mistake. And learning from mistake is something good. Learning from mistake will teach you a lot and beware of it. Sucessful person also are very strongly motivated person. Self motiveted themselves to achieve the goals in daily life. Be self motivated is an important element to be a sucessful person in life. Sucessful person are to accept challenges and don’t give up easily when they across to failre in life.Sucessful person should be highly disclipned and hard working no matter what problem comes. And always giving 100% of committed to their work and person life.To be a sucessful person you need to belive yourselves first.Once you belive yourselvrs then no one can stop you from achieve your success.And never feel fearful to try something new in life and being focused in what ever you are doing.
Based on the research I have done for my assigment question. I came to a conclusion that to be a good and efficient leader we need to have committed passionate and disclipined to bacome a good leader.Besides this confident and belive you is important to achieve in life.
For my secong question I have undrestand that to be suceesful person we need to understand yourselves first and know what you want in life.Need to be hardworking and always stay focusedand having self-confident are the important element to be sucessful in life.
