英国留学生传媒专业个人陈述范文-Personal statement

 

 

从2003到2007年期间，我曾在北京舞蹈学院附属中学学习。从2007到2010年间，我曾就读于南阳美术学院戏剧表演专业的。在2010到2011年间，我曾在英国埃塞克斯大学学习，以优异的成绩获得学士学位。我的本科专业是戏剧表演。直到现在，我一直在一家媒体公司工作。我想继续研究媒体和通信领域在你的学校。其重视学生潜能的开发和自主创新能力。首先，请允许我告诉我自己的东西。

It is my great honor to send this personal statement in oder to introduce myself, and thank you so much for your reading. My name is Zhou Meng. During the years from 2003 to 2007, I had been studying in the High School Affiliated to Beijing Dance Academy. During the years from 2007 to 2010, I had been studying in the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts with the major of Theatre Performance. And during the years from 2010 to 2011, I had been studying in the university of Essex, UK, achieving bachelor degree with honors. The major of my undergraduate course was Theatre Performance. Until now, I have been playing in a media company. I am eager to proceed my study in the field of Media and Communication in your school. Those of the school deeply attracted to me are its well deserved reputation; its high level of academic; and its attaching great importance to the development of students’ potential and the ability of independent innovation. First of all, please allow me to tell something about myself.

 

 

Firstly, I had performed in many dramas in the school. For example, participated in the Chinese classic plays “Luo Tuo Xiangzi” playing Hu Niu, and the foreign classic plays “the Door of Her Doll” acting Christina in the 2008. In 2009, I participated in the foreign classic plays “Miss Julie” playing a part in Julie; the foreign drama “the Smoke Screen” acting Primrose; the foreign drama “Our Town” acting Emily. In 2010, I played a part in the Japanese drama “Marriage” as Hua; the Italy improv comedy “Two Heads are Better than One.” as Bearth Lizzie; the foreign drama “Death and the Maiden” as Bolina; the foreign classic drama “the Ghosts” as Lv Jana.

 

 

Moreover, I have a wealth of practical experience in the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts. In 2008, I have ever occupied in “the immaterial is the material” as a propaganda front. In 2009, I have ever served as a sound designer and controller in the play “the Old Villa” and the “Smoky Oak”; acted as a sound designer and propagandist in the play “Smoke Screen” and “Thunderstorm”; served the post of a sound controller, a receptionist and a backstage supporter in a plurality of single story shows; taken on a sound designer and lighting designer in the drama “the Journey of Petals”. I have worked as a student assistant helping the library and drama department and served as the school staff on many occasions, during the years from 2009 to 2010. In addition, I took on a camera controller in many performances.

 

 

econdly, I have rich off-campus work experience. I have ever performed in the Chingay Paradem of Singapore in 2008. I have served as a actor and a propagandist Singapore's Chinese Theater during the years from 2008 to 2010. I have also worked as a teacher of Chinese theater performance in the Pei Hua Primary School of Singapore during the years from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, I had a job as a part-time actor in the New Media Television of Singapore during the years from 2008 to 2010. Moreover, I have been working in the Beijing Drive Culture Media Limited Company from December 2010 to the present. 

 

 

Thirdly, I have received many honors in school. For example, I have obtained the second or third-class scholarship several times in 2003-2007. Moreover, I have earned Lee Foundation awarded scholarships in 2009.

 

 

All in all, I have received training on professional theater performance in university period. I have acquired strong learning ability, a wide range of professional skills. I am familiar with the operation of the word, ppt. Moreover, I have strong entrepreneurial spirit and sense of responsibility. I am steadfast steady person. During the school, I have over fulfilled credit points. At the same time, I have gained a wealth of practical experience inside and outside the school, and obtained an access to improve the individual adaptability; grasping ability; organizational capacity; expression and communication skills through these working practices. What is more important that I have strengthened the ability of confronting an emergency through many campus activities? Which has laid a good foundation for my future working?
