这么多年来，我的父母一直经营着一家物流公司，经过长年的管理和打拼，已经在市场上小有名气。当今社会中，很多家长都热衷于组织管理和营销服务,经过长年的熏陶和影响，他们的兴趣和热情已经让我对这个领域产生了很大的好奇和兴趣，已经开始慢慢热衷于组织的管理和产品或服务的营销。
 

从父母长年的经商管理经验中，我已经学到了很多关于物流公司管理和营销的知识。对于管理和市场营销，比如个人信息管理、人力资源管理和产品、价格、渠道、促销等都有了自己的理解和想法。
 

经过多年与家人生活在一起,我从家人的经验中学到了很多有关物流管理的知识，经过文化氛围的熏陶，我已经成长了很多。有一天,我的母亲告诉我要处理一个案例:安排工人准备装运的货物。由于我缺乏足够的知识和经验，我犯了很多错误,遇到了许多困难。
 

For many years, my parents have been running a logistics company which is operating well in the marketplace. Many parents are both keen on the management of an organization and marketing services so that their interest and enthusiasm have revoked my passion for managing an organization and marketing products or services.
 

I have learned a lot about management and marketing from my parents’ experiences in the logistics company. I have been equipped with some basic knowledge regarding management and marketing such as personal information management, HRM and 4Ps.
 

Throughout many years of living together with my family, I, enriched by my family's experience and cultural history, have really grown up a lot. One day, my mother told me to handle one case: arranging for workers to prepare for the shipment of goods. I made a lot of mistakes and was confronted with many difficult tasks for my lack of sufficient knowledge and experience.
 

This is the challenge my parents presented with me deliberately in order to let me know that it's not easy to do one thing if you are not well prepared both in knowledge and experiences. They hope I can learn more about management. I grasp every opportunity my parents present with me to enrich myself with the management skills, marketing strategies and leadership style.
 

My parents have always been stressing on the importance of business which makes me aware of the significant role of businesses in the economic development. This family culture has exerted gradual and subconscious influence on my minds and concepts. I have gradually got to know how to be a successful businessman and the importance of lifelong education for a person’s career development. They often encourage me to be a good leader. As a young child, I saw how my father managed his company. This experience made my role of the team changeable. Sometimes I can perform a task by myself; sometimes I can lead a team to complete the task. I remembered that when I was in the school, I spent two days buying and building our own billiard table, table tennis table with my roommates, which made our boring dormitory life more diversified.
 

All these opportunities and challenges enable me to realize the importance of pursuing further education and reaching my educational goals in the years to come. Therefore, I am applying for the Management and Marketing program at the Pennsylvania State University and study the courses of marketing, business management, and enterprise management at your University. During this period, I will keep my observation in today's market changes, so that after graduation I can clearly tell the market demand, look for the accurate time and grasp the opportunity to expand our business. It will contribute to managing my own company with a better communication with the staff and customers. My father always says, "Knowledge is endless, you need to learn more things". I, encouraged by my father, have made up my mind to apply for your university.
 

I hope that, after graduation from the Management and Marketing program, I, armed with management and marketing theories and skills, will become a qualified manager and leader in my family-owned company and make contributions to the development and prosperity of small and medium-sized enterprises.
