申请 management（Human Resource Management and Training BSc）的研究

我写信申请人力资源管理与培训研究生学位。我受到了我在大学学习期间所经历的集体工作的启发。分工是很重要的，因为没有人可以支配整个团队的工作。根据他们的能力和专业，不同的人在小组中扮演不同的角色。我的角色始终是Belbin评估中测试过的实施者。我相信我也是一个真正的执行者，因为我被一种责任感所驱使。每当我被分配任务时，我都有完成任务的内在动机。责任是我的美德和动力。有了这个特点，我相信我一定能克服学习上的任何困难。

I am writing to apply for the Graduate Degree in Human Resources Managementand Training. I have been inspired by the group work I have experienced in my study in the university. Division of labour is important because no one can dominate the whole group work. Different people perform different roles in the group based on their abilities and specialities. My role is always an implementer as tested in the Belbin assessment. I believe I am a real implementer as well since I am driven by a sense of responsibility. Whenever I am assigned with duties, I am intrinsically motivated to finish them. Responsibility is my virtue and motivation. With this characteristic, I am sure that I will be able to overcome any difficulties in study. 

人力资源管理是当今全球化世界的热门课题。在每个公司或组织中，都应该有一个人力资源部。它不仅管理招聘程序，还管理辞职事宜。当我们谈到辞职时，似乎有点残忍。尽管如此，以一种更加乐观的方式，我还是希望人们在不同的职位上都能越来越高。人们来来去去去，但他们在生活的不同阶段获得经验，在不同的时刻获得记忆。人力资源部见证了所有的来来往往，随时为同事提供支持。Human Resources Management is a hot subject in this globalized world. In each company or organization, there should be a human resources department. It manages not only recruitment proceedings, but also resignation matters. It seems that a little bit cruel when we talk about resignation. Nonetheless, taking it in a more optimistic way, I am hopeful that people are attaining higher and higher in different positions. People come and go, but they attain experiences in different stages of life, and memories in different moments. Witnessing all the come-and-go, the human resources department provides the support for colleagues at any time. 

我的计算机管理学士学位使我具备了各种技能。这些计算技能将使我在人力资源管理和培训以及未来工作中所用的技术方面表现出色。在这个时代，学习技术总是无害的。因为技术改变了当今世界的速度和通讯方式，所以它可以应用于各个领域。在莱斯特大学学习三年后，我相信我在网站开发、市场营销和国际商务方面的技能能够促进我在人力资源管理领域的追求。知识永远不会被浪费。My bachelor degree in Computing with Management has equipped me with various skills. These computing skills will allow me to excel in technology used in my study in Human Resources Managementand Training as well as my future job. There is always no harm in learning technology in this era. It can be used in various fields because technology is what changes the speed of the world and the way of communication nowadays. After three years’ study in University of Leicester, I am confident that my skills in website development, marketing and international business can facilitate my pursuit in the field of Human Resources Management. Knowledge is never to be wasted. 

我打算毕业后在中国继续我的事业。中国目前在发展世界贸易和金融方面正处于高速发展阶段。随着越来越多的企业成立，中国需要越来越多的人力资源部门和培训专业人员。中国是工厂的人力资源，也是需要国际专业人才的中心。我相信，在未来的几年里，在中国可以看到越来越多的职业品种。新同事肯定需要培训。责任感总是鼓励我支持新来的人。考虑到新来者，我认为发展归属感是我议程中的最高优先事项。只有当新员工在培训过程中感受到关怀和支持时，他们才能够与同事无缝地融入工作场所。I am planning to pursue my career in China after graduation. China is now at its skyrocketing speed in developing world trade and finance. With more corporations set up for businesses, China requires more and more professionals for the human resources department and training. China is a source of manpower in factories; it is also a hub in need of international professionals. I believe that, in the coming years, more and more professional job varieties can be seen in China. Training is definitely needed for new colleagues. The sense of responsibility always encourages me to support new comers. Considering new comers, I believe that developing a sense of belonging is of the highest priority in my agenda. Only if the new comers feel the care and support during the training session, they are able to immerse seamlessly with their colleagues in the workplace. 

作为一个全球化的国家，中国在吸引国际专业人士方面正在取得势头。我很想成为他们中的一员，因为我有多年海外留学的学术背景。我有世界各地使用的国际语言——英语。这有助于我代表中国公司与国际专业人士进行沟通。我一定会为成为一个连接中国和西方的人感到骄傲。我一直认为语言和知识是我追求事业的两个关键要素。这就是我写信给你们申请人力资源管理和培训研究生学位的原因。我希望，通过这封信，我离我的梦想更近了一步。To be a globalized country, China is gaining momentum in attracting international professionals. I am ambitious to be one of them because I have an academic background of studying overseas for years. I have the international language – English - used worldwide. This facilitates my communication with international professionals on behalf of my Chinese company. I will be definitely proud to be the one who connects China to the West. I always believe that language and knowledge are the two key elements in my pursuit of my career. This is why I am writing to you to apply for the Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Training. I hope, through this letter, I have taken one step closer to my dream.
