Division I belong to the machinery manufacturing industry , for the manufacture of the business for the inherent manufacturing process can be relatively easy to find the problem, in order to determine improvement projects ; while for non-manufacturing businesses , since the process is not controlled by many factors , so lack of stability of the process variation , which is difficult controls , but these businesses is customer-facing , must be controlled. The Company 's experience in the implementation of integrated , for non- manufacturing businesses , in all aspects of production management , marketing , transportation, warehouse management , etc. There are many projects can proceed 6Sigma [ 17 ] as shown in Table 3-1.

( 2 .) Have appropriate incentives. Enterprise train a qualified black belt requires a high cost , if full use of their knowledge and skills, can bring very significant benefits for the enterprise , so companies HR departments should plan for their reasonable prospects and develop incentives. If they do not get enough attention or reused , so they do not see hope , the brain drain will become inevitable [ 32 ] .
( 3 ) Support for leadership in the implementation process of the project , BB, GB we will encounter many problems, such as lack of time, lack of funding, lack of combination with other departments, has not been adequately supported by competent leadership , and process improvement measures being users can not resist implementation. Therefore, the support of the company 's senior leadership is very important.
( 4 ) . Changed to promote the objectives of stimulating management approach, which requires the company's overall business goals down to each department , thus specific to each person , as a basis for performance evaluation and promotion . Conversely, every person and department performance indicators have reached the requirements, the company 's overall business objectives to complete. In order to accomplish these targets, often you need to have a scientific , pioneering innovative ways to rationalize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. In this way stimulating impetus for change , 6Sigma implemented in order to become proactive implementation of passive behavior [ 32 ] .

For the pursuit of excellence , world-class 500 companies , 6sigma is fruitful , such as General Electric (GE) Company ; are in process reengineering for the small and medium enterprises , 6sigma a booster that allows the company to embark on the development as soon as possible track ; for those companies are as many problems exist in the time of trouble , such as manufacturing enterprise product quality problems , 6sgima can sharply identify problems and improve the problem . For example, R & D- oriented small and medium enterprises can import for the product or service development 6Sigma design (DFSS) roadmap in key projects. This should be more concerned about the Quality Function Deployment (QFD), failure models and effects analysis (FMEA), experimental design (DOE), reliability analysis (Reliability analysis) and other related tools. These tools do not generate new scientific methods, but can provide useful information to reduce the chance of failure in technology development .
Using 6Sgima theory in this thesis project SS1118F-S01 products for data analysis to quickly , accurately and efficiently find the key issues terminals process capacity constraints , and can use Minitab analysis tools for data filter the results to verify and thus find a solution to the problem the way to get the best of the manufacturing process , improve the process capability and straight-through rate , to bring significant economic benefits .
Successfully obtained 6Sgimai quality management is no doubt that it represents a high level of customer satisfaction and strong market competitiveness. But 6Sgima management is not easily can be implemented successfully in the real business environment, there are still many challenges , especially in the sector , the company coordination. Therefore, 6Sgima management theory and applications also require line -depth study.
This article discusses some of the problems in this area, I hope to attract the attention of enterprises with their peers , the purpose is to make 6Sgima management can be effectively implemented.
