Comparative Essay/Report
With regard to their employment systems and HR strategies, compare and contrast two countries (of your choice) on the following:
National Context including:
Labour market demographics and employment data
Cultural context,
AND One of:
either b) Role of the State
or c) Role of Managers and Employers
or d) Employee rights and representation
Students must offer explanations of http://www.ukassignment.org/dxygassignment/ similarity and/or difference. For example, if the cultural context of the USA differs from that of Germany, what factors might account for this variation?
The Report must be 2,500 words in length. The deadline for submission into registry is Monday 26th January 2008.

Grade D/E 35-49
