Case Study Assignment (100%)
Focusing on one organization that you are familiar with, write a 3,000-word essay on the question below, citing and referencing appropriate theoretical and business literature.
Employee engagement is a strong positive attitude among people towards their work and their organization. It is generally believed that employee engagement plays a major role in ensuring that employees give their best even when times are tough. This is of tremendous importance for a company’s success. Managers should capture the “hearts and minds” of their employees. Define what is employee engagement and use various motivation theories to illustrate how a company can nurture an engaged workforce.
The suggested words and marks allocated for each part of report are as follow: (100% of Total)
Introduction (5%) – 150 to 200 words
Students need to state the background of the organization studied in this report and to give a reasonable ground on why and how the study may benefit the student as well as the organization

GRADE C (50 TO 59%): To achieve a grade C the report should be well written and neatly presented.
