论文题目:题目自定 Throughout this module you will have been made aware, with the help of writers on organisational learning, that creativity and innovation are vital ingredients for the success of a learning organisation. You will also appreciate that, for many reasons, such initiatives are often stifled in organisations instead of being actively encouraged. Your task is to first of all conduct a review of the literature available on the subject. (You will be given several journal articles and references during your classes to assist in this matter.) You will then need to select an organisation that you can visit in order to undertake a research exercise. The aim of this research is to identify to what extent creative and innovative practices are present and, in particular, to what extent they are stimulated, encouraged and rewarded. In order to get a true and meaningful picture it will be necessary to interview or question the following personnel: • The owner / manager – to identify to what extent they encourage creativity and innovation • Several employees – to establish their views on whether there are any blocks to creativity http://www.ukassignment.org/ and innovation • A representative from the HR department – to identify what support mechanisms and policies exist to encourage creativity and innovation. • Provide a sound, comprehensive and well-referenced literature review section within your report (using Harvard style at all times) • Provide evidence of research into the three areas of company research (as outlined earlier) • Compare your findings with the theoretical perspectives that you described in your literature review. Suggest where you believe any blocks to such creativity might be. Wherever possible, use real-life examples to illustrate your viewpoints. • Draw conclusions indicating where areas of good practice or blockages exist • Make recommendations which are clearly linked to your literature review • Demonstrate a clear understanding of creative and innovative approaches within the workplace#p#分页标题#e# • Include investigative research materials (questionnaire) as an appendices Assessment Deadline 4 pm on March 31st 2009
