Four pools of talent in China
...It is hard to deny the fact that for the last decade Chinese economic growth has becomeone of the most influential factors of the modern world development. As this economic growthcontinues, the demand for recruiting top quality executives, in a rapidly expanding and highlycompetitive environment, grows exponentially. However, being the most populated country inthe world and the global leader in terms of economic growth, China suffers from a substantialshortage of quality professionals caused mainly by the defects of national higher educationsystem, uneven regional development of the country and unfair hiring practices. Therefore it isimportant that professional recruitment companies appear on the market.
