I think this article gives me new understanding of HR department. I used to think that HR means making phone call to applicants and having several interviews a day, but now, I totally change my mind. If you want to be a good consultancy, you still have to gain a clear strategy to improve your work. Brand, a word I always relate to products or services, appears in HR consulting practice. With an HR brand and clear mission of department, they can better serve for their work. The core of HR in my mind listed in this article is delivery. HR stuff have the responsibility to create reward systems which will reflect employees’ achievements. Through this method, employees will be encouraged a lot and pays more attention to their work.
