I prefer to relate this article to Human Resource Management, for HR is the department which is responsible for recruiting and managing stuff. This time, I think HR should not only focus on searching for talent, after getting them into company, HR should try to retain them and make them serve for company without leaving soon. Therefore, HR should create a good atmosphere for rising stars’ development, such as put them into the most challenging position and relate their individual target with company’s development, etc. Only in this way can a company runs smoothly and fast. So if company is determined to keep their highest-potential talent, it has to have a great HR department and a great leader.
