Tours of duty值班之旅

In nowadays developing world, various things in business change, such as employer-employee compact. At the 20th century, a lot of compact between employers and employees was stable and based on loyalty, for if the company is big and employees did their work, then they won’t lose their job. While now the relationship between employer and employee has changed, it becomes not that stable for all things change so fast in business. This article focuses on this phenomenon and raises three methods in making new compact tangible, which are explicating “tour of duty”; stressing networks outside the organization; establishing active alumni networks. Through these three practices, employers and employees can seek to add value to each other and promote the development of the business.
我没想到,随着时代的发展,雇主与雇员的关系将采取新的形式。更重要的是,这篇文章让我觉得虽然雇主和员工之间的黑貂紧凑已经改变了,但如果公司能够顺应时代的潮流并制定出合适的紧凑计划,那么企业就能很好地运作。
I did not expect that with the development of times, the employer-employee relationship will take new forms. What is more, this article gives me the idea that although the sable compact between employers and employees has been changed, while if the company can follow the trends of times and work out a suitable plan for compact, then the business can run well.
鉴于本文提出的三种做法,我想分享一下我对这些实用方法的看法。第一个建立一个值班之旅。两到四年的任务,这可能是他们表现的完美循环。第二个超越公司的界限。公司外面有各种聪明的头脑,所以如果公司可以通过员工充分利用它,那么它可以探索大量的智能。第三个建立校友网络。如果有价值的员工想要离开而不考虑您的保留,那么建议他到贵公司的校友网络以延长长期关系的方法。因此,公司可以遵循这些做法,以建立和谐的关系。
Given three practices raised in this article, I would like to share my feeling about these practical methods. The first one establishing a tour of duty. A two to four years’ tour of duty, which can be a perfect cycle of their performance. The second one engaging beyond the company’s boundaries. There are various smart minds outside the company, so if company can make full use of that through its employees, then it can explore a lot of intelligence. The third one building alumni networks. If the valuable employees want to leave without considering your retain, then the methods of advising him to your company’s alumni network so as to extend long-term relationship. So company can follow these practices so as to build harmonious relationship.
