Introduction
Human resource is of vital significance to enterprises, and only those enterprises giving priority to human resources can remain invincible in the severe market competition. Advantages in the development and management of human resources will determine the success of an enterprise directly. Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management. Judged from the administrative function, daily human resource management mostly belongs to tactical and administrative job. From strategic function, one concept of human resource management is to regard the employees as all-important resources, which is the important reflection of the enterprise value. Main task of human resource management is to develop and utilize these resources effectively, so that they can become the important force driving the improvement of the enterprise's core competitive power. Currently, the world economy takes on the trend of globalization. There are more and more transnational enterprises, and market competition is increasingly severe internationally. Under such circumstances, enterprises shall pay more attention to human resource management, and maintain high qualification talents to provide new blood for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
