Also they have to communicate to certain project stakeholders, on an as needed basis. The overall responsibility of the Project Manager is to write and approve the Project Risk Management Plan and participate in the Risk management process by take risk ownership of risk mitigation planning and execution. Or may PM can delegate the authority to another individual or team. Project team members such as analysts, construction and deployment team members participate in the risk identification process and discuss risk monitoring and mitigation activities at team meetings. The Risk Manager is responsible for all activities noted by the risk plan. And also he has to identify this project has more risk or not, what are the risk identification activities and risk management process and risk alternatives. The role of the Project stakeholders and Sponsors is to participate in the Risk Management process by providing risk inputs, and supporting risk mitigation planning and execution activities. Below is the diagram of a current project risk management process. This diagram illustrates the top-level process steps of the risk management. And these four steps are use for the Fun-for-all project. There are several tools and techniques are available for identify the risk; and among them we chosen two different approaches to clearly identify the risk. Each team members were responsible for identify risk during the project initiation time, the risk manager and the project manager will seek that the impact of the risks to the project. The identified risks are recorded in the risk log. In order to make adequate decision on how to handle the risk, it is important not only to identify the certain risk that exists, but also imperative to make necessary evaluation of its significance. According to Project Management Institute (2008,pp.291), Perform Qualitative Risk Analysis is the process of prioritizing risks for further analysis or action by assessing and combining their probability of occurrence and impact The results are used to determine Risk Management priorities. The risk respons plan is the foundation for the risk monitor and control. Monitor and Control is for monitoring residual risks, identifying new risks, and evaluating risk process effectiveness throughout the project. Having identified the risk and determine the possible strategies to overcome the possible risk, therefore, risk monitoring will take once every forth night by the member of the risk team to enable them have periodic updates as required. This information will be used to update the risk log. Reassessment is done by the different stages in the project to identify new risk, reassessment of current risks and remove the outdated risks.
