More strategies and organizational efforts have been directed towards improving current performance to be bale to develop a more sustainable future as they try to manage innovation and use such to the greatest extent of their advantage.

Innovation in both their strategies and outputs could have been one of the most evident in the steps of the companies at present which is done in order to manage and establish a brighter future for the business and for the society as well. The wide array of problems and troubles that confront the human race at present is significantly demanding of sustainable solutions which will only be possible if we choose to innovate and modify our current ways with the purpose of establishing a better community in general. An effective innovation system is a pre-requisite in order to manage today's problems and to provide a solution for such. True especially in the field of management, there is a relevant call for people to be more radical with their beliefs and practices; there is a need for us to have a more opened mind and wider perspective in order to manage the future. The future calls not only for innovative products, but innovative minds as well. There is a need for greater ideas which can transcend the present and help us all build a better tomorrow which is sustainable for everyone. We must all have a diverse view on current issues of the society in order to manage the future which will confront the entire humanity.

As some people would say, we should not talk about the future of innovation. Rather, we must talk about the innovation of the future. This is because of the fact that innovation is the only possible future in all dimensions. There is no other way to go but to simply innovate in order to thrive for survival especially considering the fact that the world in which we currently live is highly competitive. Side from the inevitability of innovating the future, the future of innovation is also said to be transforming and reshaping the dynamics of mankind. It will alter the way we live and will result into significant shift in various paradigms. Innovation will be a concept which is not only exclusive for describing the transformation among companies or business. It will be rather used in common man's term as a way of describing the changes which modified the lives of the entire human race, the changes which will change our set of values and perspectives geared for the better.

There is a significant need to recognize and put an emphasis on how we think the companies of today would survive in the future. Especially with regards to management model, we must realize that the success that these businesses will enjoy in the future will largely depend on how they will direct their strategies and objectives towards being more sustainable despite competition and other variables which are beyond their control. In this paper, a vision of me will be stipulated as regards to how I see myself thrive in the future and how will I contribute to the sustainability of the society and growth of my personal life. It will also stipulate the learning from this course which gave me a better perspective of what the future holds for me and the general society and what I can do to be able to play a significant role in attaining that future.

In the past years, the issue of global warming has risen not only among environmentalists and other groups who advocate for the environment but to almost everyone who has been concerned about what lies for tomorrow. The calamities which stuck major parts of the world called for people to be more concerned with how to manage and properly take care of the environment so that its wrath would not destroy mankind on massive scales through big calamities such as earthquakes. When looking at the present state of the world, and forecasting its future position, it is important not to discount the environmental dimensions because such play a vital role not only in businesses but on our personal lives as well. It is important to acknowledge the fact that it is the environment which gives majority of our resources which are used. Therefore, it is about high time to start protecting them to be assured that we would not be suffering from scarcity of resources in the future. There should be implementation of serious and extensive efforts towards responsible management and treatment of the environment so that we will not suffer from its wrath in the future.

To be able to provide an accurate and reliable forecast of the future it is very important to have a deep understanding of the present. The problems and challenges that we face at current times will inevitably as well determine where we will be headed tomorrow. It is in fact true that tomorrow is only a consequence of today. We will be challenged by the increased advocacies of the citizens to build a better society. And most of all, we will all be challenged by our own selves to be better in our ways. Being able to be taking a higher degree in the field of Management, the researcher acknowledges the roles which will be essential in the near future especially with the use of the knowledge gained regarding the course. All relevant coursework and classroom discussions are geared towards helping the researcher acknowledge his role in the business world and in the entire society at large. With the theories and concepts thought inside the classroom, coupled with experiences and dynamic perspectives, the researcher submits to the fact that the role of business managers in the future will be very significant in the over-all success of the business. These roles will be grounded on the foundation of what have been learned today to be applied in the near future. These roles which the researcher will assume will form part of the synergy of every human's role towards helping build a more sustainable society. The succeeding part of this paper will provide an overview on what the researcher believes will be his part in the future alongside every other's role.

One of the simplest roles that the researcher will assume in the future will start with being a responsible citizen, being a concerned citizen showing care for the environment and for the entire human race. Such assumption of role can appear to be very visionary, but in reality is just very simple. It could start by being able to participate actively in the society, abide by the laws, and show responsibility through action. Not only through having a doctorate in Management can anyone assume such a role. Everyone can also do the same through the most little and most simple things in which we can show love and appreciation to others. With the forecasts earlier mentioned, nothing would be possible if we don't acknowledge the fact that we have responsibility for our self and for others as well. As a management student, I believe that we have to properly manage our lives. With that, it can be assumed that one of the most simple roles which can be assume din the future, not only by the researcher but by everyone as well, is to show responsibility for ourselves and for others to create a better society which is more dynamic for everyone to live.

Taking Doctorate in Management as a higher degree of education, the researcher also acknowledges the facts that future roles will be focused and will put an unwavering emphasis on organizational management - that is, more than just taking care of the wealth of the business, will also be geared towards taking care of the people who are running the entire origination. The degree which will be granted after the significant course works will provide the backbone of the researcher's performance in the field of practice in the future. This role will be focused on performing organizational functions which are rooted and grounded not only on the foundations of management but will also operate based on a set of personal values and perspectives which will show caring for others and the general society as a whole. There is a significant need for managers to recognize all factors which relate to the functioning of the business. The future role which the researcher will assume will show passion and determination to be able to improve the current situation. The literatures and works from various authors discussed in the course are also among the most valuable tools which helped in creating a better understanding of the futures course and enable the researcher to gain deeper insights, additional knowledge, and a more dynamic perspective towards establishing a more sustainable future.

For instance, one of the general texts use in this course reflects the future of management. More than just the innovation dealt with products, services, and general outputs, it is also very important to note that there is a significant urge to realize that management should be innovating as well. As time passes by, there is a significant need for managers to executed renewed strategies which will be appropriate for the time being with emphasis on the current economic condition. It will never be enough for management to concentrate and use traditional organizational management practice. There is a need to look at newer perspectives towards management which could cope up with the changing times. It reveals how sharing in the online community was able to impact the society and an analysis of its related advantages and disadvantages. The researcher, however, believes that the advent of the Internet and the information sharing in the online community has been beneficial for a myriad of parties and global users. The researcher believes that the use of internet supported information proliferation especially through file sharing. The internet was also able to remove some of the most significant barriers in the society like the barriers to distance. Like technology in general, the Internet was able to bring everyone closer at a faster rate.

The discussions which were presented above showed us a view of what will the future will be like. As illustrated repeatedly in the course of this paper, the future is uncertain, it is unpredictable. No one is endowed with enough knowledge to be able to provide an accurate view of what will happen in the years to come.
