Managers Role In A Business Environment 

 

经理是负责监督一个或多个员工或部门的人,以确保他们执行分配职责的要求。他们个人监控每个小组的工作,并在必要时采取纠正行动。经理还必须熟悉所有的工人的工作并监督来管理它们。他们并不是在任何领域的工作中最好的,因为它是更重要的是知道如何管理员工知道如何做好他们的工作。

Manager is a person tasked with overseeing one or more employees or departments to ensure they carry out assigned duties as required. They monitors the work of each group of individuals, and takes corrective action when needed. Managers can direct workers directly or direct several supervisors who direct the workers. The managers must also familiarize with the work of all the workers he or she supervises in order to manage them well. They don't have to be the best in any of the areas of the job because it is more important for the manager to know how to manage the workers than to know how to do their work well.

 

Each manager have the power to hire employees for the company. Likewise, they also have the power to fire employees if the employees does not do well or does not benefit the company at all. In some larger companies, the manager might recommend such action to the next level of management. Managers can promote employees to a higher level if the employees bring good return to the company. Besides, they also have the right and authority to change the work assignments of workers.

 

There are many manager titles due to many management functions in business. Therefore, each manager's title reflects what he or she is responsible for. For examples, an operation manager is responsible for the operations of the company.

 

股东——Shareholders

 

Shareholders is an individual or company that legally owns one or more shares of a company. They are members of a company and they collectively own the company. Shareholders usually have one vote per share owned and they are granted the right and ability to vote on matters such as elections to the Board of Directors.

 

Besides that, shareholders also have the right to share in distributions of the company's income. They usually look for high dividends that come from the high income or profits of the company. But if the company does not perform well or liquidated after bankruptcy, they will typically gain nothing from the company.

 

Shareholders play a pivotal role in raising funds or capital for an organization. Those shareholders who have more shares in the company certainly gain more profit if the company performs well. Every year, companies will send their shareholders all the necessary proofs to show that they are investing at a right place. For instance, the company's fair and reliable audit figures from income statement and balance sheet are used as evidence of overall performance for the benefit of shareholders.

 

供应商—— Supplier

 

Suppliers are the ones who supply goods to a company. They are usually more interested in the long term business relationship with the company who always order goods from them. Apart from that, they prefer to accept high quantity and high value of contracts from some big companies to prevent having risk on other companies which are unstable.

 

Most of the companies usually take orders frequently from their regular suppliers to prevent from getting different qualities of product and most importantly different price or cost. Suppliers will also supply more goods to a company if the company is planning to expand its business.

 

分销商——Distributors

 

Distributors is someone that imports, stores and distributes goods or products in bulk, and these goods or products are usually distributed to retailers or consumers. Distributors are able to hold their stock products for up to 1 year or more. Distributors require large capital for investment, and they always make the most profit.

 

Distributors usually buy goods or products from the manufacturer or agents at a discount price and sell them to wholesalers or consumers to make profit. Besides, they also have a binding agreement with the manufacturer and can only sell a specified product depending on the terms and conditions of the agreement. Distributors must also make sure that a product is distributed the right way to all company and to the right people as well.

 

客户—— Customers

 

A customer, also called as a buyer or purchaser, is a person who buys goods and experience services from another company. Customers usually buy products that they need to use. Most of them who doesn't feel like being cheated will always compare prices between the same products sold at different places. Every customers would want to know clearly in detail the information about the products that they are buying. Therefore, customers need to be entertained with good services and good products from a salesperson.

Government is the body of a country that sets and administers public policy, and exercises executive, political, and sovereign power through customs, institutions, and laws within a state. Government has the highest authority to plan things. They will look for efficient use of resources in a company. Besides, they also look for companies which can contribute to the national company in the country. Lastly, government earn their income by collecting taxes from their nation.

Competitors is a person, team or company that is competing against other companies. Competition between competitors usually takes place on a same or similar industry which offers a similar product or service. The more the competitors, the more it can reduce the prices of goods and services as the company attempts to gain a larger share on the market. Pressure groups direct their efforts towards influencing legislative and executive branches of government, political parties, and sometimes general public opinion. In order to affect legislation or policies, non-profit and usually voluntary organization whose members have a common cause for which they seek to influence political or corporate decision makers to achieve a declared objective, whereas interest groups try to defend a cause by maintaining the status quo but the pressure groups try to promote it by changing the status quo.

 

员工——Employees

 

Employees are staffs or workers which work in a company. These people usually look for jobs in a company which offers high pay. Employees usually look for good working conditions and the security of the job environment to make themselves feel secure and satistied. Besides that, employees are also looking forward for fringe benefits, for example, a car which is sponsored by the company. Apart from that, the company must also be considerate to treat their employees fairly and show concern about the employees health and safety.
