Refer to page 7 to check on the method used to choose your topic from a list given below. Write a report based on the selected topic. Your report need to be included the following documents:
1. Cover Page
2. Marking Scheme (Please fill in the TOPIC #)
3. Table of contents (with proper chapter/subtitle and page numbers)
4. Introduction (maximum 1 page)
5. Findings and Analysis (3 to 4 pages excluding diagram/pictures)
6. Conclusion (at least half page)
7. References – sources of information gathered (1 page or more – at least 5 references)
8. Turnitin report
You may include any necessary diagrams or pictures. References should be cited properly.

Report Format
1. The report size should be in A4 paper size, font type Times New Roman, size 12.
2. All paragraphs must be fully justified with 1.5 line spacing.
3. Include the header and footer section for each page. The header and footer must be in the size of 10. All heading should be capitalized, bold and left-aligned.
I. Header must consist of subject code on the left and assignment title on the right
II. Footer must consist of page number in the center.
