What are the important laws and regulations currently governing your company and that part of their operation the dilemma is about? Are consumer, community or other stakeholder organisations using the new technologies to further campaigns in support of or opposition to the company and that part of their operation the dilemma is about? In turn, is the company using those technologies to communicate with its stakeholders?
