Through cooperation and approval with customers, AR can make secure delivery and authentication easier. A customer's photos can be scanned and stored in the company's database. Therefore, it is easy to ensure that the recipient is the intended recipient.
AR can improve customer experience (Quercioli, 2018). Customers can use AR technology-based APP to view items in their stores. In this way, customers can select any product in the catalogues, and then use mobile phone camera to view the products they want to buy, as well as the performance of furniture, sofas that they want to purchase in their homes. Companies can also use AR to allow customers to browse the aisles and warehouses of retail stores, so that customers can understand the current status of the companies’ management.
