In the current situation of the events, some factors cannot be predicted by the well preparation, the ability of the sudden dealing is greatly important.

According to the Contract Law of United Kingdom as well as other relevant laws and regulations, through friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B entrusted to undertake event organizations, and reached the following agreement:
1. Commitment
Party A entrusted Party B to organize the product launch event. Writing the organization report for the event, temple is provided.
Draft event date is 19th of the February, 2015.
2. Organization Fee

a. Party A should pay 30% of total origansiation fee once signing the contract, i.e .
b. After confirming the designing schedule and style, and when in need of adjusting on electric designs, Party A should pay 30% of total design fee, i.e
c. After fixing the complete designing schedule, Party A should pay the balance of the design fee, i.e , after event is finished.
4. Period and means of delivery of the design plan.
a. Party B must complete the draft of design within the time agreed by the two parties. If party B cannot complete on time due to reduplicative changes from Party A, the delivery time can be put off. To ensure the smooth cooperation, Party A must confirm or make suggestion within three working days after receipt of the design from Party B, Party B should not exceed five working days to feedback the suggestion.
b. Party A should supply the necessary designing information within 20 working days after signing of the contract. As Party A (not supply complete information and so on) make the design delayed, if delayed time more than three months (subject to the date of contract), Party A should pay the balance design fee, Party B will carry on making the design. If more than six months, this contract will automatically be terminated. If Party A still need Party B to make the design, Party A should pay anther palette and design fee.
c. After the final confirmation of the design, Party B should supply the report to the Part A.
5. Intellectual Property.
a. Before Party A pay off all the design fee, Party B own the copyright, Party A cannot use this design, and have no any right of this works.
b. Party A have the right to sign the Copyright Transfer Contract, to have the proprietary rights, rights of use and alterations after paying off the payment. Copyright of design not used by Party A still belongs to Party B, Party A do not have any right for this.
c. After the final confirmation by Party A, if as the changes of Party A’s company name or commodity name to change the design plan or have all different idea with the original plan, it should be as new plan, and Party A should pay the balance fee, and sign new contract, Party B will make new design plan.
d. After paying off, Party B cannot alter the design and give any other company.
6. Responsibility and authority
a. Responsibility of Party A
(1) Party A should try their best to supply the information for this design.
(2) Once finding the mistake, oversight or disagreement with the contract, Party A should inform Party B in writing timely, and Party B should make amendment in time.
(3) Party A should abide by the payment terms in the contract.
(4) Party A should make the confirmation for all the documents and things that need confirmed timely.
(5) Party A have the right to give a suggestion for Party B’s design and make the works accords with the enterprise culture.
b. Responsibility of Party B

(1) Party B must make the plan and creative design according to the requirement in the contract made by Party A, and make full use of specialized knowledge and experience, to supply first design and service to Party A.
(2) Party B should supply all the design documents, making sizes and designs of every period according to the all requirement of the contract and appendix, and complete the design.
(3) Party B should make the design according to the things that confirmed by Party A critically.
(4) Party B should make the design creation as the requirement of Party A and supply the satisfied works.
7. Breach of Duty
a. Party A to terminate the contract before draft design completed, Party B will not return the deposit. Party A to terminate the contract after the final design, they should pay all the fees.
b. Party B to terminate the contract without cause, to return all the fees to Party A.
8. The two copies of the both signed contract, the two sides an armed, and have the equal legal effect.

In the event, all the staffs are trained and experienced. There are ten employees, among these employees; one is the manager called Peter, who is responsible for this event to deal with the sudden situation. These staffs are familiar with the culture and products of the Pure Green. Especially, Speaker, overhead camera and lighter are all experienced from the all famous products launch events at least once, all these equipment is from the brand of Samsung. Each staff is problem solver when the difficult situation is occurred, because they are trained and experienced in many events, just trust them, they would assist you a better outcome. The underlying foundation is that pricing fundamentals are good, so owners and managers have a strong base from which to make their hotels even more attractive (Ricca, 2014).
Food arrangement is designed for the dinner, breakfast and lunch, breakfast is provided by the hotel- the form of the dinner is buffet. Attendance of the event may come from different country background; the arrangement should fully take considerations on the vegetarians and some people who do not eat pork. In the design of the food types: the soup is contained Cream of Mushroom Soup,Beef Consommé and Minestrone Soup, the meals are included Deep-Fried Chicken and Bacon Rolls, Braised Goose Liver/ Foie Gras in Red Wine, Pan-Fried Duck Breast with Sautéed Potatoes and Truffles Grilled Beef, Tenderloin with Black Pepper Sauce, Venison Filet with Black Pepper Coated with Mushrooms and Celery ,Grilled Lamb Chops ,Macaroni with Seafood , Braised Red Cabbage, Spaghetti Bolognaise, Whole Wheat Bread; the desert is Black Forest Cake,Apple Pie, Vanilla Pudding; the drinks are referred to orange juice, apple juice, coffee, Soda water, Coca-Cola, red wine and Vodka. All foods are provided to the attendances, they can help themselves. But servicers are only serviced Vodka.
A conference room is used for the social and products launch events.In addition, reception is set in front of the conference room which is received the invitation card. Firstly, in the conference room, social event and dinner are hold in the night. Equipment is included the platform, video call and a long table. In addition, platform is designed for the showing the products, introduced the latest products from the Pure Green and other communication activities. In addition, in front of the platform, the chairs are set out which are used for the VIPs and reporters, 4rows and 10 chair each row, totally 40 chairs. Also, the space is left for the camera and video which is behind the chairs. In the left of the platform, the control table is used for the controlling the speaker and overhead camera. Furthermore, on the right of the platform, the room is planned for the employees from the pure green to relax.
There are some fees are not concluded in the contract. The contract out services are contained the translation service. Due to the international background of the attendances, the translation services are necessary for them, such as high management level from Sweden, they are not familiar with the English. Translation services could enhance the understanding of the contents of the venue. Also, the flowers and gifts are not included on the contract. Furthermore, bartender is another supervise in the social activities. The other additional consumptions are not included in the contract.
The VIP is very important for the venue. According to Kuen-Hung, Chi-Tsun, and Mu-Lin (2013), market orientation, competitor orientation, product advantage and launch proficiency are the dominant drivers of new product performance.The special service is also arranged for them for attendance such as pickup service and one-by-one service is available for them such as translator in the event. Also, in the hotel, the team has already arranged the special room and special lift for them to relax and save the time for them.

These cocktails could be sent to the journalists as a gift with the maker of their own name, the label is also unique too. These gifts would send to them in the products launch event. Furthermore, in the products launch activities, the latest vodka is introduced; it is also the green opportunities to communicate with the designers and clients.
