Abstract
S company is a transnational enterprise and there are some language and culture communication problems in the department, for example staff’s communication was not positive and they were not willing to express their personal opinions. In this paper, the researcher will provide some pieces of proposals for solving the problems.

1 Discerning the Root Problem

1.1 Brief explanation of the current organizational situation
S company was a transnational enterprise which was founded in 1993, and it belonged to the chemical industry. Its products are often sold to the food company, medicine company and daily chemical products company and they are sold to all parts of the country. They have certain awareness in the customer industry. However, the company’s sale situation was not good and the gap was bigger between it and its main rivals.

3 Evaluation of the Proposal

Conclusion

According to the transnational culture communication problems in S company, in this paper, the researcher has provided some pieces of good proposals for solving the problems. Although there may be some potential risks and consequences, it will be beneficial for inproving internal and external communication in the company.
