Thus, the general manager also is guarantee that the area is compliance regulatory authorities. Next, general manager supervise and manage projects in project management department to make sure that workers are finished in according with project due date and budgets. Role of general manager is to arrange and plan projects then allocate to supervisors, employees and managers to complete the projects. Thirdly, general manager will prepare ratify annual budget from top level executive to many workers. Although, general manager also is make sure that budget and financial goals of the company met to improve the profitability and productivity. Lastly, a general manager must have a thorough understanding of the departments and operations in the company to leading workers to make sure company is in good condition.

So, this will cause relationship each other became unfamiliar until leave each other isolated. Second disadvantage is less outdoor activities such as jogging with friends, go beach with friends, eating dinner with friends and so on. Actually, communicate by using social networking not a funny thing than go out with friends because cannot do some activities that only outdoor can do. Third disadvantage is bad people pretend good one to cheat girl or children to become friend and request them come out meet with them. Many rapists like to trick 18 years old above girl by be a good person and make friend with them until invite that prey come out and rape them. So, this is another bad side of social networking because in front of computer we don’t know how that person are and how that person’s attitude are and it will cause problem until become a homicide. Social networking don’t have the function to show a person emotion and their body language so one person will become frustrating to communicate with others without body language to help to define that meaning it will lead to misunderstanding problem of each other. Even though we don’t know that either him or her like me or not because we don’t know what their emotion and face expression.

Overall all these solution, I agree that social networking or socializing online is a dangerous internet tools that have many problem will be cause out until it become much worse. It is very danger that if you meet with a bad people and become a friend it will lead to a kidnapped or rape crime. It is not a good suggestion to use social networking to find a girlfriend or boyfriend because we don’t know that person is a good or a bad one.
