我写这封信是为了宣布我们公司已被出售。新的利益相关者负责我们的公司，一些员工可能会被重新安置。这个悲伤的决定将于7月1日启动。
I am writing this letter to declare our company has been sold. With new stakeholder taking charge of our company, some staffs may be re-accommodated. This sadness decision will be launched on July one.
根据我们的情况，我们可以看到利润比十年前大幅下降。我们现在几乎不能做任何改变。考虑到竞争对手娃哈哈和农富泉水的增长，我们缺乏竞争优势。达能是一家跨国公司，我们在这片土地上建立了很长时间的分公司。在这个我们称之为家的公司里，分享幸福、成功和悲伤的人对我们所有人来说都是一种巨大的悲伤。
According to our situation, we can see that the profit has dropped dramatically compared to one decade before. Hardly can we make any change right now. Considering the growth of our competitors,Wahaha and Nongfu spring water, we are lack of competitive advantage. DANONE is a transnational company and we have established our sub branch company in this land for a long time. It is a great sorrow for all of us whoever sharing happiness, success and sadness in this company which we call it home.
为了挽救达能的损失，我们必须消除这个谐波群。不难看出，这个国家的贸易正变得越来越复杂。当地公司发展迅速，具有相同的优势。正如我们注意到的，地方政府为中国品牌提供了一些积极的政策。较低的所得税和容易获得的原材料是本地品牌的竞争优势。另一方面，作为一个跨国公司，我们不能少交税，甚至不能被要求缴纳出口税。事实上，我们可以看到所有国家都在遭受贸易战。随着中国政府加税，达能公司面临着尴尬的局面，利润将再次下降。出售我们公司是达能防止破产的唯一途径。另一方面，与所有国内品牌不同，达能雇佣当地员工并使用中国设备，我们必须面对利润流失。我们的一部分利润不能再回到母公司，但达能仍需向中国政府纳税。如果您有任何疑问，请与人力资源部联系。
To save Danone’s lost, we have to dismiss this harmonic group. It is not difficult to see that trading is becoming more and more complex in this country. Local companies are growing rapidly and have their identical advantage. As we notice local government provides Chinese brand a few positive policies. Lower income-tax and easily reaching raw material are local brands’ competitive advantage. On the other hand, as a transnational we are not able to pay less tax and even being asked to pay export tax. In fact, we can see that all countries are suffering the trade war. With Chinese government increasing the tax, DANONE are getting awkward situation which is the profit is going to drop again. It is the only way, selling our company, can DANONE prevent from bankrupt. Another side unlike all domestic brands DANONE employing local employee and use Chinese equipment we have to face profit leaking. Part of our profit is not able going back to the parent company but DANONE still have to pay tax to the Chinese government .If you have any questions, please contact the human resource department.
