Presentation是所有留学生都必须掌握的技能,但对于很多刚到国外的留学生来说,presentation可能是一个展示自己的平台,自此得到同学与导师的赏识,但也可能是出糗大会,伴随着口语不准确、演讲不够大气等问题,被嘲笑很久。不过在小编看来,presentation的好处远远大于弊端,毕竟我们终究是要走进社会,会对着陌生的人做presentation,早点加满这个技能是十分必要的。下面我们就来谈下留学生在课堂上如何做一个引人注目的presentation,最后给出一些presentation中常用的句型,希望能给大家带来帮助。 1.思路清晰 首先,一个Presentation的核心就是思路,所以思路清晰是做Presentation的最基本的要求。一个简单明了的outline可以帮助你以及你的听众捋清思路,给听众一个清晰的脉络,给人条理性强的印象。 2. 逻辑分明 上学时,从数学,到写论文以至于到打辩论赛,逻辑无时无刻不存在我们的学习,生活以及工作中。写论文时如果你的论据不构成因果关系等又或是不足以论证你的论点,那么你假设的论点就无法被论证。同理,当我们在做一个presentation时,它就是一个关于你的论点的recommendation,那么你的presentation就要做到逻辑分明,并且你的论据要能够充分的论证你的论点,合理的数据支持当然必不可少。 3. 内容紧凑,时间把控 内容紧凑,重点突出。将重点内容穿插安排,引起听众共鸣,把控现场氛围起伏的节奏。最后注意时间的安排,不要让收场变的虎头蛇尾。 4. 语言精简,注意细节 关于细节,把Title 对齐,长度最好不超过一行的60%,字体以及大小统一,这些细节都会成为你是否能够做好一个Presentation的必要条件。并且我一直认为一个PPT的细节能代表你的Presentation的气质,从而代表你的工作态度。比如,我一直非常钟爱一个品牌的衬衫,原因是领口和袖口翻过来有底纹,所以我一直认为细节是可以打动消费者的,当然也能打动你的客户和领导。最后想说,语言要精简,slide上的文字越少,那么你可以灵活发挥的空间也就越大,从而让你更容易掌控现场。 5.如何突出重点? 把你的重点转换为一个具有重要感的问题抛出来。其实,每一个重要的命题和观点,都对应着一个基本的提问。要把它以相当的强度提出来问出来,这是引发听众思考和关注的最好办法,甚至你只需要设问(不要他们答,只要他们想进去)就行。教授们都知道,能提出一个好问题是多么的不容易。很多时候,好的问题都是引领我们认识和理解事物的最好办法。你的好问题和你的身份背景融合在一起,一定会产生魅力打动他们。 6.吸引教授注意力 幽默。但不是讲西式的笑话。尝试在跨文化差异的视角上找,在我们熟悉但教授缺少个人经历的盲区中找内容,那些鲜活的内容。然后可以中西对比产生反差继而产生幽默感和笑点。那些教授们,即使读遍了世上所有的好思想,仍然需要有活力的学生来为他们补充一些来自世界某个角落的新鲜趣事,对吗?事实上,他们简直是很渴求的。 Welcoming I am pleased to welcome you to our company.
