Dear Review Committee;
I am writing to support Frank Lin for advance study at your institution. I have know Frank for several years since 2010, Frank is a moderate person with his personality, treat people sincerely, and independent. He owns strong curious heart, unique invention ability. Education in Taiwan is likely a style of cram, which is not interesting by him. Therefore, he went away to the U.S. for his studied life and satisfies on his new creative thinking. Frank is a person who has multi-talented. The major in his Bachelor was accounting, he seems well- deliberating and got potential on hard working, every semester break Frank taking his practical training in our finance and sales departments, we let him handle the most tough customer; on our evaluation this customer should have a least 4*40” containers order by each month, but we only take one, sometimes even no orders in the month, After Frank taken his responsibility for this customer, he had tried many ways to let the customer to put more orders with our company, just about one week time, we got 8*40”HQ containers order also it was in the slow season, this result was really Unbelievable! It helps our company got the highest great result from the slow seasons. Reaching rate of achievement was better then the high season. In that time all of the sales and the sales manager was really appreciated on his efforts and ask him how did he done for this job, I ask him to share this experience to every colleague about how to achieve a mission seems impossible. He said, expect continue to communicate with customer for what they need, and must make analysis to help and satisfy the customer requirement. Solve the problems and questions for the customers; provide the best service with our ability, in the past, the sales department didn’t do the combine packing for his order that’s the main reason we lose his order, but I promised the customer I will make for it.
He is expecting to take postgraduate for marketing, based on his accounting background he will developing more idea on this field. I believe after his graduation, He will carry forward the enterprise that is established by his parents.
