I think the questions should not be changed. The research objectives are as follows:
(1). whether loyalty cards have a positive impact on customer loyalty for TESCO supermarket.
(2). whether customer satisfaction has a significant impact on customer loyalty in TESCO supermarket.
And my survey scope is tesco supermarket, so there is no needs to design a question to ask which supermarkets the customer often go. And because I aim to analyze the relationship between customer loyalty and loyalty cards, and the relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, so the questionnaire questions refer to many other scholars about the items between them, such as western scholars, Cronin and Taylor, but the mostly, I refer to Chinese scholar LiangJianai’s mode on this issue, but modify questions according to the specific research objectives.
These 27 questions are independent variables. All the data analysis is based on these independent variables, so they should not be changed. The regression analysis, and other SPSS analysis is based on these questions.
So the contents of the questionnaire are composed of two parts, the first part is the basic information about the responders of the English large retail supermarkets, it includes customers’ gender and age, which is used for the basic statistical sample description; The second part is on the investigation of latent Variables (factors of loyalty cards impacting English large supermarkets’ customer loyalty) and the dependent variables (English large retail supermarkets’ customer loyalty degree). The questionnaire includes a dependent variable and six latent variables, totally 27 indicators. In the design for measuring one dependent variable and six latent variables’ 27 indicators, the author refers the previous Scholars’ samples, but optimizes the design.
