2. Research status
In college, the homework is relatively easy, but the teacher will layout a small amount of jobs, including let students read some books or papers consciously. But the relevant data and web-based survey showed that many students didn’t have a very serious attitude towards the assignments and exams, they often did these work halfheartedly and even plagiarism. According to this situation, people had done many surveys to study this phenomenon, analyzed the dangers of cheating and plagiarism by college students and try to find the external causes in order to take preventive measures to decrease the behavior of college students cheating and plagiarism. For example, In a research conducted by Wadja-Jonston, Handal, Brawer & Fabricatore(2001), they surveyed 246 graduate students and found that 55% admitted to "not copying word for word but changing the wording slightly from an original source while writing a paper" and 16% to "copying word for word from an original source in a paper and not using quotation marks". Less than 5%confirmed that they submitted a paper which had been copied from another student or purchased from “paper mills”. Through a survey research, Devoss & Rosati (2002) suggested several reasons why students use the internet to plagiarize. One of the reasons concerns the ease and popularity of copy-paste actions, which are considered natural operations in computerized environments. Another reason related to the fact that many web sites, as opposed to printed sources, fail to note the author’s name. Finally, the lack of knowledge in dealing with these situations leads to plagiarism acts. There are many similar researches about cheating on exams and plagiarism to study this problems and they all gave their own opinion, some of which seemed reasonable and had practical significances to our measures, but much deeply study should be done to solve these problems better.

And the time http://www.ukassignment.org/ygkczy/ period chosen for this survey can be the time when the final examination or course paper is coming. The usual attitude towards cheating and behavior during this period students may have a more profound experience or feelings about cheating and plagiarism behavior.
