Researcher describes the focus of tourist satisfaction research, concepts, frameworks, research methods and measurement model, and provides the feasible strategies and methods on improving the satisfaction degree of the tourists. It focus on analysis of tourism development will bring environmental impact, provide some solutions from the planning, construction, management and other aspects of a series of countermeasures in western China sustainable development of tourism. The idea pointed out that the development of sustainable development in the tourism industry has played a crucial role in the tourism market. “西部大开发”项目,旨在早期通过对旅游产品的开发，促进区域经济的发展，这意味着旅游业迎来了高速发展的机遇。实施“西部大开发”和加入WTO一样，给该区域带来了巨大的机遇和挑战，这使得西部地区的旅游资源得到合理开发。 The "Western Development" initiative, aimed at early stage through the development of tourism products to promote regional economic development, which means that a wide range of tourism opportunities. Implementing the “Western Development” and accession to the WTO has brought opportunities and challenges to the rational development of tourism resources in the western region. In Xinjiang province, social status and economic conditions determine that the tourism industry in Xinjiang is facing the additional challenges, which we must make full use of tourism resources in Xinjiang, develop a reasonable strategy to promote Xinjiang's economic development and social progress of tourism. (Zhao Fengsong, Mou Bingyou, Zhao Wenru, 2002) The article put forward some proposals on holiday tourism development in Xinjiang, problems and tourism development ideas. People of all nationalities in Xinjiang have three urgent problems. The first is how to choose a road to development. The second is how to achieve the historic leap from a tourist resource region to a tourism economy strong region. And the third is how to maintain a comparative advantage in the competition. (Shi Xiaoying, 2008) The geographical advantages and national folk culture are rich in Xinjiang’s tourism resources, which has great development and utilization of space. How to effectively use of this advantage, develop the cultural industries of Xinjiang into a local characteristics with geographical advantages, and can represent the culture in Xinjiang industry, which is a primary concern in tourism development of Xinjiang in this century. (Guo Lihua, 2008) Meanwhile, to avoid the destruction in the development process--"developmental damage" and other deep-seated problems, we need carefully pay attention and do research, unify planning, rationally distribute, fundamentally follow the sustainable development road. Then we can find a balance and integration points between tourism development and folk culture protection to achieve the maximization of social and economic benefits. Except the problem of public advertising in developing tourism of Kizilesu Kirgiz, there is more a serious problem, ethnic conflict in Xinjiang. This has a terrible impact on tourism. The article discusses the ethnic violence which erupted in Xinjiang, China during the peak tourist season in the region. It notes that the riots, which left 200 dead and 1,700 injured, threatened the development and growth of the tourism industry in the region. It mentions the involvement of the World Uighur Congress led by Rebiya Kadeer in the violence. Meanwhile, it mentions that the government's tolerance of nationalism has received foreign criticisms. (Business China, 2009) I will use the data of Kizilesu Kirgiz prefecture to illustrate and explain tourism industry in the local economy, and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of local tourism developing status. The data (1999-2009 in Kizilesu Kirgiz prefecture) need to be collected including the GDP of Xinjiang Province, economic growth, the number of tourists, tourist income, the number of tourist employees, trade volume of border, tourist attractions. All of the data above will be secondary data from the official website of Xinjiang government and some literature, for example business China. The date will be storage in three media including my personal laptop, a flash disk, and a portable hard disk. The data will be analyzed by using software Excel (Microsoft) and SPSS13.0 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). SPSS is a Statistical Analysis Software could download free online. In analyzing, GDP of Xinjiang province will be the dependent variable, and the other data will be variable. Then build the regression model and do regression analysis between tourist develop and the GDP, and then test the significance level. Analyzing the result from the regression, accepting or rejecting the hypothesis and make the explanation. The result of the data analysis can tell the contribution of tourism in the economy development in Kizilesu Kirgiz, and how much the contribution. The questionnaire will also be designed as a primary data both in the manner of sending the e-mails with the target groups and hold as a vote on the platform of the social media which might be more effective and directly to the point. The questionnaires will be designed professional, simple, and relevant, in Likert mode and in a good order. I will find more than 100 volunteers including about 50 young people (30 Chinese, 20 Foreigners), 30 volunteers at the age of 40-50 years old, 20 volunteers who work in the travel agency, 20 volunteers who live in Xinjiang. The question will be given short, easy to understand, efficient. For example, I will ask how much do you know about Xinjiang, how much do you know about Kizilesu Kirgiz, which kind of attraction do you prefer, which kind of facilities do you think should be construct in Xinjiang/ Kizilesu Kirgiz, etc. After that, I will calculate the data, then get the clear idea on the solutions of tourism development. The research belongs to myself, and i will try to contribute the article to the core journal, named China Tourism.
