In China, there are many issues on small and medium entrepreneurs, but the research of entrepreneurial orientation is also only recently started, for the time being there is no research on entrepreneurial orientation, business performance and corporate internationalization. Moreover, China is in the economic restructuring, economic system is not perfect, economic level has a big gap with the Western developed countries, and therefore, these economic theories do not necessarily apply to China’s situation. For the SMEs in the manufacturing industry, the relationship between international speed and entrepreneurial orientation has not been the attention of scholars. The object of this research is the small and medium sized manufacturing enterprises in China, exploring the business relationship of the entrepreneurial orientation on the international level, in fact, that we are in the observation of small and medium manufacturing enterprises in international expansion to create value and how to create value. to discuss whether entrepreneurial orientation management style will help the industry in the international market for higher performance, and entrepreneurial orientation is how to enhance the international expansion of enterprise competitiveness. This paper is to provide a theoretical basis about the internationalization of China's SMEs with entrepreneurial orientation strategy, which is necessary for SMEs on how to cope in the context of globalization, the complex environment of study abroad. If the paper proves that between the entrepreneurial orientation and international speed have positive relationship, can give some recommendations for small and medium manufacturing companies on how to enter the dynamic and complex international environment, and allow small and medium manufacturing enterprises understand the importance of entrepreneurial orientation in the international market for the success and training in the enterprise, enhance entrepreneurial orientation.#p#分页标题#e# This paper will be from the enterprise level of entrepreneurial activity to analyze the company's entrepreneurial orientation strategy, and explore how the company's entrepreneurial orientation affects the degree of internationalization, and carry out the empirical analysis of the entrepreneurial orientation - the degree of internationalization, specifically to study the following aspects: (1) To explore the relationship between the entrepreneurial orientation - the degree of internationalization; (2) To examine the correlation of the various sub-dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation and the relationship between them and the degree of internationalization; (3) To investigate the factors influencing the relationship between the entrepreneurial orientation - the degree of internationalization. According to the literature review above, we can find out the methods including survey, case study and interviews are generally adopted to do the research on the topic about the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and international speed. In the following parts, the research method and data collection techniques used in this research will be introduced. There are two main research approaches including quantitative approach and qualitative approach” (Michael, pp. 25, 1990). Qualitative research is defined by Denzin and Lincoln (1994) as the multi-method in focus, involving an interpretive, naturalistic approach to its subject matter. This means that qualitative researchers study things in their natural settings, attempting to make sense of or interpret phenomena in terms of the meanings people bring to them (Denzin & Lincoln, pp. 98, 1994). Quantitative research is defined as an inquiry into an identified problem, based on testing a theory, measured with numbers, and analyzed using statistical techniques. The goal of quantitative methods is to determine whether the predictive generalizations of a theory hold true.” (Creswell, pp. 23, 1994).In my research, the qualitative research approach will be adopted because we need to analyze and evaluate the special marketing strategy of Google in Chinese market based on in-depth data and information. Qualitative research is by no means a new strategy or framework for doing social research (Hamilton, 1994; Vidich and Lyman, 1994). None the less, there has been a very considerable growth in the use and popularity of qualitative research since the early 1960s which can easily convey the impression that it is of more recent origin than is in fact the case. In modern sampling theory, a basic distinction is made between probability and nonbability sampling. A probability sample is distinguished by the ability to specify the probability at which each sampling units if a population have the same probability of being included in the sample. Accordingly, only probability sampling can be used in representative sampling designs. In a nonprobability sample, there is no way of specifying the probability of each unit’s inclusion in the sample, and there is no assurance that every unit has some chance of being included (Chava, pp211, 2007).http://www.ukassignment.org/uklunwen/ we can know that this method is very useful for us to understand the real information about the company. |
