Better communications, better life
Communication is a perpetual topic in our times. One indisputable fact is that with the improvement of good communication skills, the life and world are being more and more convenient and accessible. When it comes to the fact that people are gaining benefits from good communication skills in all aspects of their life, it is obviously undeniable. This essay will discuss the personal benefits of good communication skills systematically.
A good communication skills is beneficial to the self-confidence building
The self-talk is the foundation to build self-confidence. One will never be successful with a person around him and just lashes out at his mistakes, which is just like hitting a stone on the person own toes. Obviously, the building of internal communication is a major boost in the developing of self-confidence. By doing this a man will gain the support from the deepest part of his body and thus establish a thought that what he think and do are right. According to the experience of a funder of a website about how to improve the ability of communication, there are a bunch of people who keep telling that they are facing the questions but could not describe the answer properly. That is a typical example of the lacking of communication skills, which lead directly to the bad ending that people are mistaken that they are not aware of the answer. If such situation keeps arising in human lives, it will could the lack of self-confidence definitely.
A good communication skills is definitely helpful to improve the leadership
Ronald Reagan, who is known to all as the 40th president of the United States, is also known to the whole world as a “great communicator”. On June 12, 1987 he made a famous speech at Brandenburg Gate, which is located in West Berlin. The same examples that people could figure out about the famous leader who has a great communication skills are Martin Luther King Jr. and the John F. Kennedy. With the excellent skill of communication, they could easily convert their political thoughts to the people and thus lead the movement of people. By a good communication skill, one could let people know and obey, and it is beyond any doubt that a good communication and expression skill is a helpful tool to achieve the goals, which could be beneficial to us to become a successful leader.
Good communication skills will bring people great courage
A good communicator will never be afraid of speaking in front of a group of people, which requires a great amount of courage. The lacking of good communication skills lead to the lacking of courage when people are standing on the stage and facing a big number of people, the symptoms such as trembling or stammering will arise because the speaker are afraid of showing the immature communication skills to others. Gaining a good communication skill, however, will help people in many ways. To start with, just as the above paragraph puts, it will in return provide a great confidence. The confidence would bring people a courage which will help them conquer the difficulties and pressure which the people give. Next, it will let one have a good and organizational words and expressions, a fluent output is necessary to avoid the stammering, and also gain the courage.
Conclusion
It is undeniable that the self-confidence, a great leadership and courage is necessary and of vital importance in human lives. All aspects of life need them and a person with an excellent self-confidence would handle issues easily, a person with a great leadership would be a lead of the team which means more chances to success, a person with great courage would be brave and intrepid, and all these rewarding characters would give the human beings personal benefits. As a result it could be concluded that having good communication skills would give the personal benefits in all aspects of life.
