The test will be in the form of TWO essay questions. You will have one hour and 50 minutes in which to complete the test. Beyond generic CAF assessment criteria, this assignment will be assessed against the following criteria: A Work of a high quality which demonstrates a range of relevant reading and a good grasp of the topic. The essay introduction will give a clear account of the scope of the essay. The conclusion will either answer the essay question or sum up the main arguments as appropriate. The main body will be organised into distinct paragraphs, each with a coherent theme, setting out and supporting the main arguments and including cited references. Material will be clearly relevant to the essay title undertaken. B Work of a good quality which demonstrates relevant reading and good grasp of the material. The essay introduction will give a clear account of the scope of the essay. The conclusion will either answer the essay question or sum up the main arguments. The main body will have mostly clearly laid out paragraphs and will include some references. Material will be relevant to the essay.#p#分页标题#e# C Work of an adequate quality which demonstrates some relevant reading and a fair grasp of the material. The essay introduction will provide a basic account of the scope of the essay. The conclusion will go some way to answering the essay question or summing up the main arguments. The main body will comprise of paragraphs but may include irrelevant material and the structure may be confused or illogical. D Work of a barely adequate quality which demonstrates some relevant reading. The essay may demonstrate wider reading but may show lack of discrimination and contain some irrelevant information. The essay introduction, main body and conclusion may show some evidence of confusion and lack of understanding. F Work of an inadequate standard which does not provide all elements of the essay. The essay introduction, main body and conclusion will not tackle the essay question or there will be insufficient information provided for it to be clear how the essay is answering the question set. G Nothing submitted, or no value to the submission.
