Consultative model always be used when he need to hear ideas from others and inspire himself to the final decision. Many rational decision depend on collected suggestions from others, It helps manager with new ideas about the decision itself. Participatory, which was adopted in some significant decision making and election . [PR4] In BUCE, the board of directors will organize most of leaders, representative of students and subordinates to take part in the meeting to make decision that made by majority vote or consensus. The delegation model is also used when leaders have no time dealing with other decisions in BUCE . they could always use delegation model to distribute responsibility of decision making to subordinates . in order to quicker , more efficient to cover affairs that encourages subordinates joined.[PR5]
